by commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing to these terms:

  • + all work is digital; no physical items will be shipped

  • + all work is for personal or private use only

  • + as the artist, I maintain full rights over my work and may use it for my own needs, such as portfolios

  • + you must credit me (asterixia) as the artist any time the art is used or showcased

  • + no refunds are allowed after payment is sent, however, cancellations are allowed before payment is sent

  • + I am allowed to turn down any commission I do not feel I can properly execute

  • + my artwork is not allowed to be minted as an NFT by anyone

  • turnaround

  • + commissions can take anywhere from a week to a month, however, I try to work as efficiently as possible

  • + payment is required to be sent after I send you the completed sketch for approval, and before I continue with the artwork

  • + payment must be sent through Paypal and in USD

  • + work in progress photos may be sent and requested
